Brass Tubes For Sanitary Fittings

Brass Tubes For Sanitary Fittings

We manufacture and export a vast range of Brass Tubes For Sanitary Fittings, which is widely used in plumbing. These sanitary brass tubes are made using copper and zinc alloy containing small amount of arsenic. This is added as an inhibitor against dezincification. The alloy exhibits a good combination of strength and ductility and is commonly selected whenever excellent cold working properties, bright finish and relatively low cost are desirable. Severe environment must be considered to predict corrosion behavior. The alloy is often used for variety of deep drawn components.

Arsenic Inhibit Brass Tubes

Arsenic Inhibit Brass Tubes

Our range of Arsenic Inhibit Brass Tubes for sugar industry is offered in various specifications. These brass tubes are made using copper and zinc alloy containing small amount of arsenic. This is added as an inhibitor against dezincification. The copper zinc alloy exhibits a good combination of strength and ductility and is commonly selected whenever excellent cold working properties, bright finish and relatively low cost are desirable. Severe environment must be considered to predict corrosion behavior. The alloy is often used for variety of deep drawn components.

Aluminum Brass Tubes

Aluminum Brass Tubes

Aluminium Brass Tubes offered by us find applications in power plants, desalination plants, ship building & ship repair, heat exchangers and radiators, refineries, offshore oil rigs, condensers, evaporators, ferrules, distillers. These brass tubes are made using a copper zinc alloy containing aluminum and small amount of arsenic which is added as an inhibitor against dezincification.

Inhibited aluminum brass resists the action of high velocity salt and brackish water and is commonly used for condenser tube. The outstanding characteristic of aluminum brass is the high resistance to impingement attack.

Tubes of this alloy are recommended for use in marine and land power stations where cooling water velocities are high and where inhibited admiralty brass has failed from impingement.
